Our process at a glance
We have designed our process to be simple for customers: get an instant estimate, submit your quote, send photos where needed, receive confirmation, prepare access, then we complete the work and send payment details through the customer portal.
Most customers pay the price shown by the quote tool, but all estimates are reviewed. If the property is heavily soiled, unusual, difficult to access, higher risk, or different from the details submitted, we may need photos or a site visit before confirming the final price.
Photos are recommended for heavily soiled or unusual window cleans and are required for gutter vacuuming, gutter/soffit/fascia cleaning, conservatory roofs, solar panels, roof cleaning and other specialist exterior cleaning work.

At the end of the quote process, you may be asked to send photos through WhatsApp or provide additional details. This helps us check the condition, access, height, size and safety requirements before confirming the final price.
Photos are especially important for:
- Heavily soiled or unusual window cleaning jobs

- Gutter, soffit and fascia cleaning

Most standard window cleaning jobs can be confirmed without photos, but they are recommended if the windows are heavily soiled, the property is unusual, or there are access issues.
✅ 3. We review and confirm your quote
Once your quote request is submitted, we review the details. In most cases, customers pay the price shown by the estimate. If something needs checking, we may ask for photos, clarification, or arrange a visit.
We will confirm what is included, any important notes, and whether the price is confirmed or still subject to review because of access, condition, height, safety or heavy soiling.
For larger exterior cleaning services, the final price may only be confirmed once photos have been reviewed or the property has been assessed.
📅 4. We schedule your clean
For regular window cleaning, you can tell us your preferred week for the first clean. We will aim to schedule you within that week if our round crosses your area. If not, we will usually aim to complete the first clean within 1–2 weeks.
You will receive a text when your clean is scheduled and another reminder, usually the day before the clean.
Regular window cleaning is added to our local round system rather than booked as a fixed appointment time. This allows us to plan routes efficiently and keep prices fair.
We offer regular window cleaning on monthly, 6-weekly and bi-monthly frequencies.
🏡 5. We can clean when you are not home
For regular exterior window cleaning and most exterior services, you do not need to be home as long as we have safe access.
Please make sure gates are unlocked, access codes are provided, pets are secured, windows and doors are closed, and any obstacles are moved before we arrive.
We do not normally wait for customers to arrive or unlock access. If access is not available on the day, we may only clean what we can safely reach or rearrange subject to our access and cancellation terms.
🧼 6. We carry out the clean safely and professionally
We use professional equipment and safe methods suitable for the service and surface being cleaned.
For exterior window cleaning, we use a pure water system. Purified water is pumped through water-fed poles to clean the glass, frames, sills and doors where safely accessible. Because the water is purified, it dries naturally without leaving typical tap-water mineral marks.
Pure water cleaning also allows many windows to be cleaned safely from the ground, reducing the need for ladders and helping us clean upper windows, frames and sills effectively.
If an area is unsafe, fragile, heavily damaged, inaccessible or unsuitable to clean, we may leave that area, alter the method, or postpone the job.
💳 7. Payment and customer portal
After your first clean, payment is due the same day unless otherwise agreed. For ongoing regular window cleaning, payment is normally due within 3 days of the clean.
Customers can receive access to a customer portal where they can view jobs, invoices, payment links, account information and message us directly.
Automatic payments may be available for regular customers, making it easier to keep your account up to date without having to manually pay after every clean.

⭐ 8. Aftercare and support
If something is not right, please contact us first. You can call, email, or message us through your customer portal.
We recognise that occasionally in life, things do not always go exactly to plan. We are friendly, approachable and willing to work with customers to put any agreed workmanship issues right.
If you are unhappy with the quality of our workmanship, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 3 days after the service has been completed.
Where the issue is caused by our workmanship, we will arrange to inspect, advise, or re-clean the affected area free of charge where reasonably practical. We do not normally offer refunds where we have offered to return and put things right.
Before we arrive checklist
To help us complete the clean safely and efficiently, please check the following before our visit:
- Gates are unlocked or access codes have been sent to us
- Pets are secured indoors or away from the working area
- Windows and doors are fully closed
- Vehicles are moved if they block access to windows, gutters or working areas
- Garden furniture, toys, bins and plant pots are moved where needed
- For internal window cleaning, items are removed from window sills and nearby areas
- An outside tap is available where needed for exterior cleaning work
- You have told us about any fragile areas, leaks, loose guttering, damaged frames or access issues
- You have told us about parking restrictions, permits, ANPR cameras or private parking rules
If we cannot access part of the property, we may only be able to clean what is safely accessible. Locked gates, no access or same-day cancellations may result in a charge.
Regular window cleaning
Our regular window cleaning is designed to keep your property maintained throughout the year. We offer monthly, 6-weekly and bi-monthly frequencies.
Standard exterior window cleaning includes the glass, frames, sills and doors where safely accessible.
First cleans can take longer because we are bringing the windows, frames, sills and doors up towards a maintainable standard. If windows have not been cleaned recently, or have heavy dirt, algae, cobwebs or spotting, it can sometimes take more than one clean for the full standard to settle.
Regular cleaning helps reduce build-up, keeps the finish more consistent, and normally costs less than one-off cleaning.
Why we use pure water window cleaning
Pure water window cleaning is one of the safest and most effective ways to maintain exterior windows.

Pure water is excellent for general dirt and grime, but it may not remove builders’ residue, paint, cement, silicone, stickers, hard water staining, rust marks, scratches, failed seals, oxidisation or permanent staining.

Do I need to be home for my clean?
For exterior window cleaning and most exterior services, no. As long as we have safe access, gates are unlocked, pets are secured and windows are closed, we can complete the work while you are out.
Are online prices confirmed prices?
The website quote tool gives an instant estimate. Most customers pay the price shown, but we review every quote and may request photos or adjust the price if the property, condition, access or service requirements are different from the information submitted.
When do I need to send photos?
Photos are recommended for heavily soiled or unusual window cleaning jobs. Photos are required for gutter vacuuming, fascia and soffit cleaning, conservatory roof cleaning, solar panel cleaning, roof cleaning and other specialist exterior cleaning services.
How will I know when you are coming?
We will send a text when your clean is scheduled and usually another reminder the day before. Regular window cleaning is carried out as part of our area rounds, so it is not normally booked as a fixed appointment time.
What if I have locked my gate?
If we cannot access the rear of the property, we may clean the front only where possible. If we cannot carry out the clean due to lack of access, a missed visit or access charge may apply in line with our Terms and Conditions.
How do I pay?
Payment can usually be made through the customer portal, secure payment link, card payment, bank transfer, automatic payment where available, or the Make a Payment page.
What if something is not right?
Please contact us first by phone, email or customer portal message. We are friendly, approachable and willing to work with customers to put any agreed workmanship issues right. Concerns should be reported as soon as possible and no later than 3 days after completion.
