How do I get a quote?

Can I send photos?
Yes. Photos are useful for heavily soiled windows, conservatories, gutter clearing, fascia and soffit cleaning, solar panels, roof cleaning or unusual access. The quote process may guide you to send photos where needed.
Do I need to be home?
For exterior window cleaning and most exterior services, you do not normally need to be home as long as we have safe access and all windows and doors are closed.
How do I update access notes?
You can update access notes through the customer portal, by WhatsApp, email or by contacting us directly. Please let us know before the day of the clean where possible.
How do I pay?
Payment can usually be made through the customer portal, secure payment link, card payment, bank transfer, automatic payment where available, or our Make a Payment page.
